Clinical trials of Antibacterial agents

Clinical trials of antibacterial drug agents differ from the other clinical trials in many ways, which combine to create studies during this therapeutic area specifically  advanced. Infection involves a three-way interaction between the antibacterial agent, the patient and also the microorganism causing infection. These interactions have an effect on the approach to the design, analysis and interpretation of results. effectiveness should be assessed in 2 ways, clinically and micro-biologically, which will be elaborately discussed in this session.
